To help you kick off your weekend, we posted some new Rusty LaRue footage on WakeForestSports.com. We sat down with Rusty for a Q&A this week and will air the footage in a three-part series.

Among the topics we touched on with Rusty were his playing days at Wake Forest and in the professional ranks, the influence that some legendary coaches had on him and his impressions thus far of the 2009-10 Demon Deacons.

I also posted the package that played on the BB&T Field videoboard when he was the Open the Gate guest this past fall. It has some great highlights of his playing days on the gridiron and on the basketball court.
