Jerry Haas at Carolinas Open

With the men's golf team focusing on final exams this week, head coach Jerry Haas is focusing on his own game. He is playing at the 85th Horry County State Bank Carolinas Open at Surf Golf and Beach Club in North Myrtle Beach.

After a sizzling bogey-free 5-under 66 in the first round on Tuesday, Haas finds himself in a three-way tie at the top of the leaderboard.
