NFL Draft Updates

If you want to know what Aaron Curry has been doing since being picked by the Seattle Seahawks in the first round of the NFL Draft on April 25, it's really not that hard.

Aaron Curry had the chance to meet the media in Seattle last week and he left a positive impression. Among his comments to the press was one where he claimed he “was just getting started.”

Aaron’s mom, Chris, accompanied him as did his fiancĂ©, Jamila. AC talked to Jim Moore of the Seattle Post-Intelligencer about his love of dogs.

Danny O’Neill of the Seattle Times has some fast facts on AC including his love of Jujubees.

Aaron took a few minutes to answer some questions from the Sporting News and talked about how he changed a young man’s life. When he finally made it onto the practice field, he found himself already on the first team.

Alphonso Smith met with the media in Denver while Dennis Dodd at CBSSports.com says that Wake’s success in the draft is another sign the Deacons are here to stay.

At the Orlando Sentinel, Jim Grobe made Jeremy Fowler’s top 10 list of the best coaches in America. But most Deacon fans already know that.
